Who I Am:
Jolene Sullivan is a program development specialist. She is passionate about finding opportunities to create efficiencies and improve processes so that team and client relationships can thrive. She has a history of working with Agile leaders, educators, and coaches and has been inspired by the philosophies and visions they have shared along the way.
From 2014-2017, Jolene managed a team of Program Coordinators working to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of programs, resulting in exceptional value for the community and members at the Scrum Alliance.
What I do at Trail Ridge:
Jolene organizes workflow, liaisons with clients and partners, supports the administrative needs of the Trail Ridge Team, and contributes to the growth and development of our programs.
