Who I Am:
Ross Hughes is a Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach and Leadership Agility 360 Coach who has served in significant leadership positions during his 30 years of product development experience. He, personally, understands the challenges of building and leading agile organizations in highly dynamic (and regulated) environments and is passionate about helping others hone those skills.
Ross began his Agile journey in 2005 at IDX where Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland first scaled Scrum. When it was purchased by GE Healthcare, Ross continued scaling Agile by first leading very large (25+ Scrum teams) medical device development programs and by then training and coaching hundreds of GE Agile teams around the world. As the Enterprise Agile Leader at Dealer.com, he guided this fast growing company in the establishment of its learn and adapt culture that helped fuel its rapid growth and subsequent mergers with Dealertrack and Cox Automotive.

Ross is a managing partner and client engagement leader, providing leadership and organizational guidance.
