2-Day Kanban Workshop
A 2-day immersion in learning and applying Kanban through doing Agile in a team-based setting to prepare one or more teams for the why and how Kanban works. Team-based project data is used during the hands-on experiential workshop. This workshop consists of education and practice. Teams develop a team working agreement, build a product backlog aligned to their goals and create boards, transition policies and initial work-in-process (WIP) limits to immediately start working in an agile way.
Learn by Doing
Our workshops are dynamic by design. The best way to learn is by doing, not sitting through slide after slide. We engage the entire group by reviewing concepts in small chunks and then immediately jumping in to try them out! Our workshops are consistently rated as worth more than the time invested while bringing teams together through close collaboration.
Providing how and why the entire Kanban lean method works.

Applying to Real Work
Most of the learning of Kanban happens when teams actually DO Kanban. That is why our Trail Ridge Kanban Team Kickoff is not just an education session, it is a working and coaching session for your teams to use their real work in a Kanban context.
