Supporting Our Communities

We believe all people regardless of their philosophies, beliefs, traditions, gender identity and cultures should be respected and treasured. We are all responsible for the world we live and work in…

Giving Back

Trail Ridge believes philanthropy should be more than writing a check. Philanthropy should involve investing time, talents and resources while building relationships to strengthen communities.  We choose to be active, engaged, and collaborative participants in change within our communities and combat some of the most difficult social issues of our time. Philanthropy is one of our core values.

Donate & Support

Our commitment is to donate 5% of our profits to 501(c)(3) organizations serving our communities.  Additionally, we will sponsor events as well as donate our time to support them.

Engage & Learn

Our commitment is to donate 10% of our public classroom seats to nonprofit leaders.  We believe that when leaders from all sectors (profit & nonprofit) collaborate and connect it creates a stronger community.  We want to hear leadership and team stories of what is happening within nonprofits in our communities so we can learn from one another.  This is accomplished by inviting non profit leaders to join our public classes at a steeply discounted rate.

“Philanthropy is not a one way transaction but instead, a process by which people learn from one another, share resources and develop pathways to uncover their greatest potential.”

Our Community Focus

Children

Too many children start life at a disadvantage simply because of who they are and where they come from.  Millions of children are dying from preventable causes, face poverty, violence, disease and hunger. They are caught up in war zones and disasters they did nothing to create. And they are denied an education and other basic rights owed to them.  All children deserve better.  Trail Ridge supports several organizations that empower, strengthen, support and provide opportunities for children to thrive and reach their full potential and feel hope.

Climate

Together, we can and must save our climate.  We’re committed to doing our part to protect the planet. Trail Ridge takes responsibility for the carbon emissions our business causes by using the carbon offsetting model outlined by Go Climate Neutral.

Poverty

In our country and world with abundant wealth and enough food to feed everybody, it is unacceptable that anyone is hungry.  We acknowledge that overcoming poverty is complex and includes economic opportunities, access to clean water/sanitation, nutritious food, jobs, inequality, poor education, climate change, and finances – and we believe that we together can figure it out.  Trail Ridge wants to help to bring lasting sustainable changes to people in our communities by partnering with incredible organizations.

Organizations We Support

GO Climate Neutral
