2-Day Scrum Workshop
A 2-day immersion in learning and applying Scrum through doing Agile in a team-based setting to prepare one or more teams for the why and how these approaches work. Team-based project data is used during the hands-on experiential workshop. This workshop consists of education and practice. Teams develop a team working agreement, build a product backlog aligned to their goals and create initial plans to immediately start working in an agile way.
