Leadership Development Practice
Agility in Leadership and Organizations workshops are necessary to create insights into new thinking and behaviors to enable agile ways of working. However, they are not sufficient to build leadership competency. Extending the learning toward practice builds agile leadership capacity and competency.
Consider joining one of our 3-month online Applied Agility in Leadership and Applied Agility in Organizations programs where you take each of the personal leadership practices introduced in the Agility in Leadership and Organizations Workshop and put it to work.
